GTC, a leading investor and manager of commercial real estate in Central and Eastern Europe, has signed a lease agreement for nearly 1,600 sqm of office space with the Lafrentz Polska Group. The company, specialising in advanced projects of the highest technical standard in the infrastructure, real estate and renewable energy sectors, will relocate its headquarters next year to Pixel – one of Poznań’s most distinctive office buildings.
The new tenant at Pixel – Lafrentz Polska Group – provides comprehensive services ranging from engineering consultancy and design, through construction supervision and execution, to turnkey interior fit-outs tailored to the needs of both the public and private sectors. Starting next year, the company’s team will be working from a modern office of nearly 1,600 sqm.
“For years, Pixel has met the high standards of sustainable construction in Poland and on the Poznań office market. Thanks to the use of technologies, energy-efficient systems, and natural materials, it offers a friendly and efficient working environment – fully aligned with GTC’s philosophy and the needs of our tenants. We are pleased that the employees of Lafrentz Polska – an innovative company operating, among other areas, in green-energy infrastructure – will soon be able to benefit from all the advantages of this location,” said Łukasz Jarzyło, Head of Office Leasing at GTC.
Located on Grunwaldzka Street, just 10 minutes from Poznań’s city centre, Pixel stands out for its unconventional architecture designed by JEMS Architekci, and for blurring the boundary between work and relaxation through abundant greenery and natural finishes. Pixel offers its tenants bicycle facilities – including a locker room and showers.
Like all GTC buildings in Poland, Pixel is powered entirely by renewable energy and holds a BREEAM In-Use “Excellent” certification. The building offers a total of 14,600 sqm of office space and is home to tenants such as Erli.pl, Match-Trade Technologies, and Nickel Development.
